JAKARTA-The Government of Indonesia by the Ministry of Public Works, for the year 2012, has prepared plans to build 39 toll road projects worth U.S. $ 24.7 billion, or equivalent Rp233, 75 trillion.
The details, as many as 25 toll roads which are already signing the concession agreement amounting to Rp115, 41 trillion, the tender process one segment worth Rp40, 31 trillion.
As many as 13 toll roads worth Rp78, 03 trillion is still in the process of preparing the investment tender. Total length of the project is 604.77 kilometers tender process and the land requirements Rp8, 84 trillion.

- Cisumdawu along 58.50 kilometers,
- Indralaya-Palembang along 22 kilometers,
- Tegineneng-Swipe along 50 kilometers,
- Pasirkoja-Soreang along 15 kilometers.
- Pandaan-Malang along 38.55 kilometer,
- Medan-Binjai along 16.80 miles,
- Pasteur-Gedebage along 27.30 miles,
- Pekanbaru-Dumai along 135 kilometers,
- Serpong-Balaraja along 36.30 miles,
- Balikpapan-Samarinda along kilometers 99.02,
- Manado- Bitung along 31.80 miles,
- Access to Tanjung Priok along 12.10 kilometers.
For 13 sections of the plan that will be offered, Medan-Kualanamu will get government support in the form of land acquisition and some construction, temporary access to Tanjung Priok segment offered a contract with the pattern of operation and maintenance.
Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency, Achmad Gani Gazaly said that tender process readiness of the land must wait until 100% free, according to a regulatory filing.
He said the government could not offer the project if the land readiness not yet 100% completed. That is, until the end of this year it has not been able to ascertain which projects will be offered, following the land status of the 13 projects not 100% ready.
"In the new rule about the land mentioned tender can only be implemented if the soil is 100% ready. So we wait before offering free land to investors," he said in Jakarta, Sunday (08/26/2012).
He said of the 13 segments that have not reached the general readiness of the soil moisture content of 50%. However, it is expected statusmya will go next year, because the ground rules have come into force and the government is trying to speed up the process.
Gani said investors who are interested in the 13 segments that already exists, but has not been able to sign karema absence tender process. For example, for segment Medan-Kualanamu of interest Jasa Marga, or the Serpong-Balaraja already initiated PT BSD. (*)
