Alibaba Group Buy Lazada Amount USD 1Billion

JAKARTA - Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. will buy a controlling share of e-commerce operators Indonesia Lazada Group SA in a deal worth USD 1billion to open their way amid the growth of Southeast Asia.
