NON CONVENTIONAL OIL AND GAS 2014

In an effort to improve exploration and exploitation activities aimed at increasing the production of oil and natural gas nationwide, on this day Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in Jakarta, the Government announced the results Auction Direct Offer & Work Area Regular Gas Phase I In 2014, the period up to the date of June 2, 2014 October 6, 2014 and auction Direct Offer Non Conventional Oil and Gas Working Area 2014 period dated June 23, 2014 until August 7, 2014.

A. Auction Direct Offer Work Area Oil and Gas Conventional Phase I 2014:
Have been implemented Auction Direct Offer Work Area Oil and Gas Phase I 2014 on June 2, 2014 through July 16, 2014. Total  Working Area offered are 8 Work Area. Bid Document amount purchased are 13 Documents for 8 Working Areas, that are Work Area of North Central Java Offshore, Work Area of Kualakurun, Work Area of Garung, Work Area of Offshore Island South Moa, Work Area of Dolok, Work Area of Southeast Papua, Work Area of Abar and Work Area of Anggursi.

Based on the results of the Preamble,  Examination and Assessment for Final Document of Participation, here are the bidders that are designated as the winning bidder working area of ​​oil and gas Direct Offer Phase I 2014:

Exploration firm commitment of 6 bidder for three (3) years of exploration in the form of G&G for US $ 5.59 million, the survey along 2,750 km of 2D seismic and the drilling of two exploration wells. The total investment in exploration commitments amounted to US $ 36.325 million. While the signing bonus (Signature Bonus) of US $ 6 million.

B. Regular Auction of Work Area for Conventional Oil and Gas Phase I 2014:
Regular Auction has implemented Work Area Oil and Gas Phase I 2014 on June 2, 2014 until October 6, 2014. Total of the Work Area has to offer there are 5 Working Area. Bid Document amount purchased is 3 for 3 Work Area Documents that are Work Area of North Madura II, Work Area of Aru Trouhj I and Work Area of Aru Trough II, while the other two are not interested Work Areas that are Work Area of Yamdena and Work Area of South Aru II.

Based on the results of the Preamble,  Examination and Assessment for Final Document of Participation, here are the bidders that are designated as the winning bidder Regular oil and gas working areas Phase I 2014:

Exploration firm commitment of the two winners of the auction for 3 (three) years of exploration in the form of G&G studies for US $ 2 million, the survey along 700 km of 2D seismic and the drilling of 3 exploration wells. The total investment in exploration commitments amounted to US $ 70.9 million. While the signing bonus (Signature Bonus) of US $ 3 million.

C.Auction of Direct Offer Non Conventional Oil and Gas Work Area 2014:
Have been implemented Auction of Direct Offer Work Area MNK 2014 on June 23, 2014 through August 6, 2014. Total of existing Work Areas offered 3 Work Area. Bid Document amount purchased are 8 Documents for the 3 Work Area that are Work Area of MNK Palmerah, Work Area of MNK Sakakemang, and Work Area of MNK Selat Panjang.

Based on the results of the Preamble, Examination and Assessment for Final Document of Participation, here are the bidders that are designated as the winning bidder Direct Offer Non-Conventional Oil and Gas Working Area 2014:

Exploration firm commitment from the 3 winners of the auction for 3 (three) years of exploration in the form of G&G studies for US $ 1.10 million, the survey along 500 km of 2D seismic and the drilling of 3 exploration wells. The total investment in exploration commitments amounted to US $ 37.025 million. While the signing bonus (Signature Bonus) of US $ 3 million.

Overall, total of 11 exploration firm commitment auction winner is in the form of studies in exploration commitments amounted to US $ 144.25 million. While the signing bonus (Signature Bonus) to be received directly by the government, amounting to US $ 12 million.
