JAKARTA-The Government of Indonesia offers infrastructure projects with a value of U.S. $ 32.36 billion. Of the 16 projects offered by the government winning the next few years, the Sunda Strait Bridge project (JSS) came top with a total project value of U.S. $ 25 billion.
The Government of Indonesia with Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) held a ceremony Indonesia International Infrastructure Conference and Exhibition 2011, which opened on Tuesday (04/12/2011). In this event showcased 16 projects of superior infrastructure that is ready to be offered to investors who are interested.
The event which was held in the building the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan will run from December 12 to 14 April 2011, which will be fully engaged to discuss the infrastructure development in Indonesia.
Party Chamber of Commerce, as the initiator of this event declared its readiness to assist investors interested in investing in infrastructure development in the country.
"Chamber of Commerce and the Indonesian government is ready to assist investors interested in investing in Indonesia's infrastructure development," said Chairman of Kadin Bambang Suryo Sulisto at JCC, Jakarta, Tuesday (04/12/2011).
The total value of 16 infrastructure projects was U.S. $ 32.36 billion.The following projects are displayed:
"Chamber of Commerce is ready to support infrastructure development in all sectors and provinces. Because of infrastructure development is very important for Indonesia's economic growth and increased competitiveness," he said.
In response, the Head of Bappenas/National Development Planning Minister, Armida Alisjahbana Minister said that the related development of infrastructure in the country, the role of private investors are needed. - Umbulan Water Supply (U.S. $ 204.2 million).
- Jatiluhur Water Supply (U.S. $ 189.3 million).
- Medan-Kuala Namu-High Cliff Toll Road (U.S. $ 475.5 million).
- Central Java Independent Power Produce (PLTU Central Java) with an estimated investment of U.S. $ 3 billion.
- Soekarno-Hatta Airport-Manggarai Railway (U.S. $ 735 million).
- Sunda Strait Bridge (Sunda Strait Bridge) for a total estimated investment of U.S. $ 25 billion
